New START treaty has nothing to do with a new start but everything to do with finishing up old work first begun by the Soviet Communist in Moscow during the first Anti Ballistic Missile Treaty negotiations of the 1970’s and later SALT II in the 1980s.   The primary issue to every Moscow delegation from then to now was to deny the USA the ability to stop an Inter-Continental Ballistic attack on US Soil.  The banners that flew over Soviet Moscow reported by American negotiators read: “Plobedo Kommunisma: ETO MIR” – [The Victory of Communism: that is world peace]

The American people have been deceived by this Administration yet again into believing that surrendering our US Constitutional right to self defense is how security and world peace is achieved.  Apparently, many in the US Congress for some inexplicable reason have swallowed the line that nuclear parity with Russia alone will defend humanity from the ravages of a nuclear exchange, because if they have the equal amount of missiles we have, neither will use them against each other.  Not true, when the end-game is measured by first strike, decapitation capacity; not by the survivor’s pot luck chance of retaliating against multiple targets. [We’ll discuss terrorist threats later.]

Missile Defense – Protects Humanity

All that can defend the human race from an ICBM once they are fired at multiple targets is the ability to shoot them all down before they reach their target; nothing else.

The technologies exist to accomplish this and the United States is in possession of it, but the Obama Administration is unwilling to deploy it and now treaty bound to scrap it.

Every population in every American city in the USA is now a virtual hostage to a policy of nuclear blackmail and gamesmanship that is one blunder away from global annihilation. The US Nuclear arsenal is an umbrella that protects over 30 allied nations from the threat and blackmail of nuclear attack by powers that possess these weapons for offensive purposes. The US has a missile defense system that kills weapons not people.

To stop an ICBM in its vulnerable trajectory phases requires cascading deployment of land based, sea based, space based, air based, and ground based missile defense systems.  At each stage of an ICBM’s flight path there will be a counter measure with a kinetic kill capability that would render any ICBM global threat utterly useless.  The odds of a successful first strike are decreased to nil, making it a non strategic option. As such, the construction of more ICBMs does not increase their strategic value at all, rendering that tactic obsolete. It is apparent that the New START treaty threatens our national survival. It should not have been ratified in its current form.  The US should immediately deploy Anti Ballistic Missile defense systems unilaterally without hesitation.  New START violates the oath of office sworn by the President of the United States to protect the US. It gives every nuclear armed enemy of the US what they’ve always wanted; an overwhelming first strike advantage using ICBM’s to strike US cities.  It seems President Obama decided; “Plobedo Moscova: ETO MIR” – [The Victory of Moscow: that is world peace]

  1. Russia, with its starving people, toxic and depleted soil, demoralized, angry and confused population, and shifty (to my mind psychopathic) leaders, doesn’t seem to me to be the best bet, vis. a vis our.letting our guard down, either!

  2. The ultimate goal of this administration is to weaken our defenses, our monetary system, our liberties and to strengthen their power. The American citizens need leaders to represent them, not far left zealots. It is our duty as Americans to consistently vote, serve our community and replace those who endanger or weaken our abilities to protect ourselves. Shame on you who voted for the ratification of this very dangerous treaty!
